The Licensing Process
The Saskatchewan Real Estate Association (SREA) develops and administers the educational courses that are required to become a licensed real estate salesperson on behalf of the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission. The courses are offered by correspondence.
These Pre-Registration Courses consist of two distinct phases and are mandatory.
