We at, Sutton Group – Lakefront Realty in the Okanagan receive a large portion of national referrals due to our huge network across Canada referring customers to us who are moving to the Okanagan for work or retirement. Over 5 million baby boomers are retiring between 2005 and 2015. We are set if only a small percentage of this number comes to the Okanagan!
We average 1-3 referrals per realtor per year from national referrals. Some in Westbank and Kelowna average 8 per year and this equates to over $40,000 in commissions from referrals! The Okanagan was been projected to boom more than any other area in Canada over the next 10 years, hitting over 1,000,000 in population.
Our fee structure is the best and lowest in the industry with average fees to operate every month in the $500.00 range (not in the thousands) plus our realtors keep 100% of their commissions, not 50% or less. We are designed to put more money in realtors’ pockets and work on volume.
Our Okanagan group is growing and strong but smaller as we are younger in age in the Okanagan, so you receive more support and opportunity than competing offices with 150 realtors. We are growing and not full up yet.
Our office staff and head office in Vancouver, offer great support and help in every facet of real estate from writing offers and accepting offers, to promoting one self and advertising.
